Home Set Up For Refugee Family

Homes Not Borders is helping refugees when they first arrive and providing them with all the home goods they need to turn an empty apartment into a welcoming home. By State Department mandate, all refugees must have basic furnishings in their home upon resettlement. If organizations like Homes Not Borders do not step in, the refugee families must pay for these items on their own. As you can see in the video, our volunteers and team members are fully furnishing an apartment for a new arriving family.
